Version: 1.3.0 (using KDE 3.5 (RC1), compiled sources) Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.13.2 In a directory where I have mostly landscape-oriented images I find it a pity that gwenview forces the thumbnail outline to be square and not scale them based on all the images in the row instead so I don't have empty space above and below almost all images. What I would like to see is that the hight of the row is that of the tallest image in that row. I think its ok if that means a little 'move' of rows during the rendering of the thumbnails. The user will not really use the view before that time anyway.
This still is the case KDE 4.7.4 and Gwenview 2.7.4. This would probably be considered a severity of enhancement at least.
Thanks you for triaging.
Lets close this one now :)
