Description Rafael Rodriguez 2005-11-20 13:16:36 UTC
Version: 0.11 (using KDE 3.5 (RC1), Debian Package 4:3.5-rc1-1 (testing/unstable))
Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.14-2-amd64-k8

Whenever an incoming webcam invitation or an incoming filetransfer box shows up, it steal focus, so 99% of the times I "answer" to the dialogs while chatting, and many of them i don't even know which window has appeared before my eyes.
Comment 1 Thiago Macieira 2005-11-20 15:19:59 UTC
What focus-stealing-prevention setting are you using?
Comment 2 Rafael Rodriguez 2005-11-20 15:43:12 UTC
mmmh... where's that setting? can't find it...
Comment 3 Rafael Rodriguez 2005-11-20 16:54:18 UTC
Ok... only with the "Extreme" setting in focus stealing prevention i can chat without being "disturbed" by filetransfers or webcam invitations... With "High" it behaves badly again.

If this is normal (which i don't know), close the bug for me :)
Comment 4 Matt Rogers 2005-11-22 21:22:15 UTC
this is normal. We'll try to make it better for KDE 4.
