Description S. Burmeister 2005-11-07 22:15:52 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

I have a Logitech USB headset. If it is plugged-in already when KDE starts, I get a drop-down menu in kmix with the headset and the actual soundcard in it.
However, if I plug it in, while KDE is already up, kmix does not recognise it and thus does not show the drop-down menu.

I consider this to be a wishlist item.
Unless this is done (planned for KDE4.x), please quit KMix and start it again.

Oh, and this bug report is a DUP.
