Description Carolina Feher da Silva 2005-11-06 03:15:44 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.3)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.4.3
OS: Linux

I got an email with the following header:

From: =?ISO-8859-1?q?C=E1tia_Silva_=40_F=F3runs_da_Ultraviolet?= <email_removed>

I've been told by the developers of the application which sent me this message that this is a valid header but Kmail says it's invalid. I can read the message, but when I reply and send it, the following error message appears: "The email address you entered is not valid because it contains more than one @. You will not create valid messages if you do not change your address." And the reply isn't sent. If the sender's name is between quotes ("Cátia Silva @ Fóruns da Ultraviolet"), no errors occur.
