Description paul 2005-11-02 02:50:41 UTC
Version: 1.8 (using KDE 3.4.0, Debian Package 4:3.4.0-0ubuntu3.4 (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-8ubuntu2)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.10-5-386

Procedure:

1. Open the "Tools", "Find Messages..." dialogue.
2. For the first search term, select "<recipients>" as the key and (for example) "ubuntu-backports" as the value.
3. Press the "Search" button.
4. Select all message results.
5. Open the context menu over the results.
6. Choose "Move To" and a folder name.
7. Crash! (This sometimes happens repeatedly, but if the move operation actually worked for a selected group of messages then such repeatable crash cases then no longer cause problems and work as well.)
8. Upon reopening Kontact, the spam/ham classifications are missing and some of the messages have been copied to the target folder.

Backtrace:
