As you can see in the following screenshot :

The current action of my mouse pointer is to select the menu Component of the Joomla project. If I want to select the "Simpleboard forum" entry, as shown in the screenshotn, it becomes totally impossible. 

Indeed, there is, under this menu entry, a upload field, which take the focus if the user attempts to click on the desired entry.
