Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.3) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages Compiler: gcc 4.01 OS: Linux When I launch System Setting, the window size is ok but if I select (for exemple) "Network configuration" then the window that is open is too wide to fit my screen and I can't see the buttons at the bottom of the window. Moreover, I can't resize this window. I don't know if it is linked but I'm using a "special" resolution : 1280x800 because I have a 15,4" screen on my laptop.
Created attachment 13091 [details] snapshot for network settings
Created attachment 13222 [details] Snapshot of wrong resizing of systemsettings window. Snapshot of the error, note how the previous page where I selected the bluetooth settings I seen beneath the current one. It seems that it only does this sometimes and inconsistenly with all of the different control panels.
Tech note, They are two seperate issues with the two modules.
The problem is the window is resizeable but the minimal size is set too large.
This bug were reported on kubuntu systemsettings (kde3). the latest kubuntu is using KDE4 (and the new system settings doesn't have this bug). systemsettings-kde3 is no more mantained so I'm closing this. Please reopen if needed.
