Description Dik Takken 2005-10-14 20:37:37 UTC
Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
OS:                Linux

The RMB menu for an image on a web page contains several image-related actions like

* Save image as
* Send image
* Copy image
* Show image

but there is no entry 'Print this image'. Recently, I found out that there is a 'Print this image' entry, but it is hidden in the 'Actions' submenu.

Please have the print action join the other image actions, so that people can find it.

On KDE 3.5.3, I can't find the 'print image' entry anywhere anymore.

The only way to print an image off the web (AFAIK) is to use the 'Show Image' RMB entry and then hit the print button on the konqueror toolbar.

There is no "print" even on KDE 4.
I've changed the severity from "normal" to "wishlist".

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
