I have a (x)HTML document encoded in UTF-8.

When I define a CSS property "content" inside xHTML document, the charset is rendered by kHTML allright (please mark the arrow in following document:  http://krux.albatani.cz/bugs/konqueror-css-bug1a.html)

The same thing but the CSS definitions are linked to the xHTML document. The result is different from the previous one. Please look at: http://krux.albatani.cz/bugs/konqueror-css-bug1b.html
