Description Ingo Klöcker 2005-10-07 11:29:47 UTC
Version: 1.2 (using KDE 3.4.2 Level "b" , SUSE 9.3 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 20050117 (prerelease) (SUSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11.4-21.9-default

This is related to bug #75212. It's now possible to switch between the different components with Ctrl+#, but this feature is well-hidden and difficult to use (because one has to count from top and the numbers might change when the user adds/removes a component). So there's need for some visual feedback.

Still happens in kontact 1.2.3. No indication or hint is given
Comment 2 Laurent Montel 2013-06-18 07:08:07 UTC
Which type of indication do you need ?
Comment 3 Denis Kurz 2016-09-24 19:30:50 UTC
This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kontact (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 4 Denis Kurz 2017-01-07 22:17:04 UTC
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
