Description Damien Gombault 2005-09-26 17:22:24 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.90)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

In some applications like Konqueror, Kopete, or Konversation, the « Add to Dictionary » button doesn't add the new word in my personal dictionary. This button only close the dialog.

Spell checker and « Add to Dictionary » button works well in Kmail, Knode, Kwrite, Kedit, Kate, etc.

I use Aspell 0.60.3, and have this problem with KDE 3.4.2 and KDE 3.5 beta1.

Same thing here, using KDE 3.5.1 and Aspell 0.60.4.
Comment 3 Ian 2006-07-06 12:08:39 UTC
I have the same problem in konqueror (filling in forms etc) and kmail / kontact with KDE 3.5.3 on FreeBSD - installed from FreeBSD ports
Comment 4 Damien Gombault 2008-07-25 22:24:47 UTC
This seems fixed in KDE 4.1 RC1.
