This problem can occur when a page uses fixed positioned layers with "overflow: auto". I believe Lars told me this will not be supported in 2.0 due to some missing elements in Qt but who knows. Test-case: http://capsi.com/about.html?overflow_auto=1 (dynamic stylesheet normally disables it for Konq so you'll need the variable to explicitely set it) Make the window small enough so all the text won't fit. No scrollbars. Hm, I get scrollbars, but they don't actually do anything, but let me update CVS and verify.
