Could you make the frames per second option in the mpeg export plugin have the possibility to set the frames per second as an option (as in 12, 24, 25 frames per second) in addition to just the duration per frame as it is currently? This way the plugin can be used to easily create animations from still images.

digiKam has a new Video Slideshow tool based on QtAV and ffmpeg which do not
have this problem.
