There should be transport units, e.g. ships where you could put some of your tanks and then send them over the sea/river/etc.
Each transport should also have a limit specifying how many units it can carry. Maybe not a max unit count, but rather number of "slots" - bigger units would use multiple slots, so you could either put 2 small tanks or 1 big one into a single transport unit.

Unfortunately, Boson is no longer maintained.

we're closing out all the boson bugs in Bugzilla since there is no chance of them being fixed.
