When placing facilities, terrain should be flattened below the facility.
There could also be a configuration option which specifies whether terrain should be flattened (e.g. for buildings) or not (for trees).

Unfortunately, Boson is no longer maintained.

we're closing out all the boson bugs in Bugzilla since there is no chance of them being fixed.
