Every facility should have a configuration option MaxSlope=float which specifies maximum slope (in degrees) of the ground where the facility can be placed.
When trying to place the facility, if ground slope is bigger than MaxSlope, placing should be forbidden.

Unfortunately, Boson is no longer maintained.

we're closing out all the boson bugs in Bugzilla since there is no chance of them being fixed.
