Version: 0.10.3 (using KDE 3.4.2 Level "a" , SUSE 9.3 UNSUPPORTED) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 20050117 (prerelease) (SUSE Linux) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11.4-21.7-default several times I had to add more than one contact in a row. I could imagine to have the traditional 'Apply', 'Ok' and 'Cancel' triplet, 'Apply' meaning add but keep the dialogue open, 'Ok' and 'Cancel' doing what they do today. Alternatively 'Add' and 'Close' would do. usually alladditions went to the same group but one time they went to different groups. I could imagine to have the target group selectable in the bottom part of the dialogue.

There is an add contact entry in the group context menu, which is probably what you want.
I use exactly that to open the Add Contact dialogue. when I hit 'ok' the dialogue is closed. I'd like to have a way to keep it open so I don't have to navigate to the group again, right click, get to the menu item, select the right server (I'm chatting via sevral servers) that's why I'm asking what you think of 'Add' and 'close' --- or 'Aplly', 'Ok', 'Cancel' then I don't even see which group the entry is added to. luxury :-) would be to change/select the target group of the current user addition in this dialogue. suggested [place for that information is in the bottom part, where the buttons are.
Duplicate - better late than never. Susanne: the new Add Contact Dialog allows you to add each contact in 3 clicks + some typing. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 84634 ***
