Description Michael Rolf 2005-08-21 20:17:36 UTC
Version: 1.2.0 and svn (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
OS: Linux

After deleting a file in the browse window and then pressing the
- right key nothing happens
- left key the cursor went two pictures to the left direction

All key strokes after this first one worked well.
This happens with gwenview 1.2.0 and the current svn version.

Version: 1.2.0pre3 (using KDE 3.4.2 level "a" SUSE 9.3)

The right-key and left-key also not work when(after) I swith between "folder-view" and "single-image-view" modes.
The keys "come back" to work when I click in any thumb in "folder-view" mode.

This is something completely different.
The keys are not "gone away", they are still working (you can see it if your picture is larger than the window).
The keyboard-focus is still on the image window, so the keystrokes are used to scroll the image.
To switch the focus to the browse window you can use one shift+tab or multiple tab keystrokes.

Normally I use the space and del keys to switch to the next or previous image. This work as well after deleting a image as after switching the view mode.

This has been fixed in SVN.
