Description Dik Takken 2005-08-21 19:55:23 UTC
Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.4.1)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
OS:                Linux

As an example, printing an attached image is not an easy task: When clicking the attachment, the user can only choose to save the image, or view it. The RMB menu of the attachment is not used by unexperienced computer users. When the user chooses to view the image, it is displayed by a Kuickshow window that does not have printing functionality (yes it does, but it is hidden in another RMB menu).

Maybe KMail could display a better "What would you like to do?" dialog, that shows some useful actions like:

* Open with <default app for current attachment>
* Save as
* Print
* Open with ...
