The RMB menu of the attachment is not used by unexperienced computer users. When the user chooses to view the image, it is displayed by a Kuickshow window that does not have printing functionality (yes it does, but it is hidden in another RMB menu). Maybe KMail could display a better "What would you like to do?" dialog, that shows some useful actions like: * Open with <default app for current attachment> * Save as * Print * Open with ...
