It would be nice to have the possibility of getting the first page in double page view on the right hand side.  This way, pdf's meant for book printing can be seen as was meant.

Another way of putting this, it would be nice to be able to put the recto side of the page (e.g., title page) on the right and the verso side (e.g., back of a book) on the left, as is natural in a book.

The last version of Acrobat Reader seems to do this automatically (I don't know if there is an option).
