When I select Open Location in Konqueror (browsing web) it shows
http://www.xxxx.com/
I select Icon on right side - to take some file from local disk or just other 
location;
Result:
"Unsupported action ListDir"
It shows http:/ on top of File Open dialog.
I try to enter /home/ at  Location list box but that doesn't correct dialog. 
It continues to look on web.
Besides it's saying "You can only select local files". Well exactly I want 
to do it :-)

Typing manually "file:" in "Often used directories" line on top fixes the 
problem. Toi my mind it should happen automatically when entering /home or 
other file location on Location line.
