Description Marcin Orlowski 2005-07-15 10:42:36 UTC
Version: 0.9.1 (using KDE 3.4.1, Debian Package 4:3.4.1-1 (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.6 (Debian 1:3.3.6-5)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11.10

I miss ability to copy the messages between local folders. I sometimes send the same posting (i.e. announcement) more than once, and I'd like to re-use previous post. However I can drag it from Sent to Outbox I wish "Copy message | Move message | Cancel" popup appears like in konqueror, as I'd like to keep track when exactly I've sent previous copy of the post. Recently knode moves the message which nicely destroys kinda-of "posting history".

You can copy local messages by pressing CTRL while moving a message via drag&drop.

Correct. That invalidates the report, however I think the same popup like in konqueror would be nice step to uniform UI of KDE's apps

Anyway, copied messages from Sent to Outbox cannot be edited which questions the sense of whole operation.

This was totally broken in KDE4. Local folders are unusable. They can be created but not used. How stupid is that! We're now in version 4.7.4 and all that's happened since this bug was reported is that it has got worse. What a shambles!

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
