the drop down menus are displayed "behind" the other html pages.

may be this is the reason why some others report not working menus, but on this page it is perfectly reproducable

please try this:
select features-events-archives- click BOTB 04

this works

now it is possible to hoover over the menu bar and all sub-menus are visible :-)

One little odd thing : the cursor changes and may confuse users.

Known problem with frames. Maybe someone else remembers what bug this is a duplicate of.
