I have two issues with profiles in KMail:

1.) They don't work at all. I can click the "Load Profile" button, select a profile and and click OK, but nothing changes.

2.) the default and the html profile should use the kde default fonts, the highcontrast profile should use Sans Serif instead of Helvetica

patch commited, leaves the first issue, profiles don't work at all here

profile support was removed for KDE 4.4:

- Remove Profile support. It was broken, and nobody noticed, and also had a lot
