Version: unknown (using KDE 3.4.89 (>= 20050615), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.4.3 (Mandrakelinux 10.2 3.4.3-7mdk) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11-6mdk-i586-up-1GB "Konqueror Introduction" page always shows "full trash bin" icon, despite being empty. It should reflect the real state of the Trash bin. BTW, corrently the Trash bin icon on the desktop only shows the Trash bin's state when hovering it's icon. This should be changed so it always reflects it's real state, and "Konqueror Introduction" page should work just the same. The current implementation is somewhat misleading, IMHO.

This is actually a bug in Konqueror's about:/konqueror page, so reassigning to Konqueror.
Message from the Bugsquad and Konqueror teams: This bug is closed as outdated, as we do not have the manpower to maintain the KDE3 version anymore. If you still can reproduce this issue with Konqueror 4.8.4 or later, please open a new report. Thank you for your understanding.
The bug is still reproducible. Doesn't it make sense to just reopen it and adjust the version field instead of filing a new report with the same contents?
Thank you for reporting this bug in KDE software. As it has been a while since this issue was reported and confirmed, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version? If you can reproduce the issue, please change the status to "CONFIRMED" when replying. Thank you!
I can still reproduce this with Konqueror 21.12.3, reopening.
