Version:           3.4.1 (using KDE 3.4.1, compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.11.7

How to reproduce:
-----------------
1. please open in new window http://hi.wikipedia.org
2. please observe the "location bar"
3. Now click 1st link on the left side frame. i.e., http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/मुख्य_पृष्ठ

4. now observe the location bar.

5. You can see "मुख्य पृष्ठ" correctly.


Expected Behavior:
------------------

1. "http://hi.wikipedia.org" should show actual text and not alien-text from mars ;)

If your locale is UTF-8, this doesn't happen. The site worked perfectly for me.
