Description William Kendrick 2005-06-28 05:55:19 UTC
Version: 3.4.1 (using KDE 3.4.1, Debian Package 4:3.4.1-1 (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.6 (Debian 1:3.3.6-5)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-2-686

When opening a number of secure sites in separate tabs in Konqueror, if one redirects to an insecure page, a "You are about to leave secure mode... continue/cancel" dialog appears, but it is impossible to tell WHICH tab that dialog refers to.

The dialog should include information about the page (perhaps both the secure and insecure URLs, and the secure page's title). It may be reasonable to switch (temporarily, at least) to the tab in question, as well.

Thanks!

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
