There are some users use both KMail and Outlook Express. KMailCvt can only import messages from OE, but these users would like to use their KMail messages in OE. Please, make possible export KMail messages to OE (directly or via any import format supported in OE.

At the moment, it would be nice to have this option.  Once KMail is running quickly on Windows, it might not be needed anymore.
