KGhostview should have a comment feature, eg. in the form of a small and integrated
painting module that allows to paint and write on a small transparent plane on
top of every page of a loaded/viewed document and then save it along with the
document. Wouldn't that by a nifty feature? Do it format-independently. All you
need is a page-based format.

Use case: write some stuff and send it to a reviewer or boss for comments.
