Description Dik Takken 2005-06-01 20:57:56 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE%203.3.2)
OS: Linux

Everyone knows how to use Google these days, so why not use the same query syntax in KFind?

When KFind uses Google style syntax, Bug 78454 has been resolved and Bug 45191 can be implemented by using the same ' -IgnoreThisString ' syntax as Google has.

One more note: Using a powerful query syntax will also be most useful for implementing a KFind KIO slave. Users can quickly find files from any KFileDialog by using the familiar Google search syntax.
