Description Segers Bernard 2005-05-31 11:01:43 UTC
Version: KMail 1.7.2 (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Hi,

i'm want to use kmail with spamassassin. so kmail seems to save the mail in a file in /tmp/kde-<username>
But, i'm using winbind (samba) to authenticate the users. Thus the temporary directory is /tmp/kde-DOMAIN\user but kmail search /tmp/kde-DOMAINuser and don't find file.

Error message with kmail --nofork : /bin/sh: line 1: /tmp/kde-DOMAIN_SIGsegers.b/kmail02sf8b.tmp: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type

If i create a symlink /tmp/kde-DOMAIN_SIGsegers.b where the source is /tmp/kde-DOMAIN_SIG\segers.b all is ok.

Certainly an error with the "\" should be "\\"

I'm hope you could fix this minor bugs.

Thanks

Now that KDE is available also for Windows, this bug could be solved (I can not test it).

Do you still suffer this bug with a more recent KDE version?
