Description Becheru Petru-Ioan 2005-05-28 09:20:18 UTC
Version: 3.4.0 (using KDE 3.4.0, Debian Package 4:3.4.0-0pre4 (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-12)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.11-1-k7

Go with the mouse pointer over a link(the pointer will change into an image showing that is over a link). Now right click on that link(a menu appears). Move the pointer so it is not on the menu or another link, but still in the webpage, stop moving and leftclick.
Now instead of a normal image, the pointer shows "over link" image.

William, can you confirm that kubuntu doesn't have this bug. If so, it means there must be a patch in kubuntu that isn't in debian or kde.
Comment 5 FiNeX 2008-04-06 20:37:15 UTC
Confirmed on Konqueror 4.0.3
Comment 6 Samuel Brack 2011-01-07 00:09:21 UTC

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
