Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.0) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux Hello folks, When I browse lisa mounted Samba shares (lan://IP or lan://localhost/IP does the same) I can make it crash doing the following: In the left half of the window, choose "KDE services", then "browse LAN" (KDE-Dienste, LAN durchsuchen in German, I don't want to restart my KDE now to see the English names) then the IP you want. On the right hand side appear the available servers, choose SMB. Then, using only the right hand side click from folder to folder. Everything looks nice except that the folder tree structure on the left hand side does not open accordingly as it does on local filesystems. For example, if you now are in //IP/SMB/video/last_holiday, all you can see on the left side is "Browse LAN (LAN durchsuchen)"/SMB. If you now try showing this file system tree by clicking on the plus sign left of "SMB", Konqueror crashes almost every time. However, if you navigate to your folder using only the plus signs, then everything's fine. This is one of the bug reports it generated: (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1". Looks good, always getting faster and more stable and offers more comfort and functions than any Windows I know. Fabulous work. Andreas
