In the "Calendar" pane of KOrganizer, add an "Exchange 2000 Server" and configure.  I now see my calendar events from exchange, including the alarm icon.  Opening the event shows the "Reminder" check-box checked, and an appropriate (i.e. 5 minute) reminder time.  However no events pop-up.  KOrganizer alarm daemon is running in the system tray.  Events added within KOrganizer will create alarms, but not events from Exchange.
