Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean the distro has caught up... kernel is 2.6.12-12mdk. I was trying to import an address book at the time and all address book entries seemed to disappear for a while when the application was restarted, but then seemed to repopulate themselves after a few seconds of anxiety.
