When downloading a file (of any size, it would seem), there is a very good chance that the progress bar in the download dialogue will always be at 100%. It only seems to be HTTP downloads, but I am not sure. Also, the file size is not displayed (while downloading, the text for the file says "xMB out of xMB", where x is however much has been downloaded) and the time remaining is always at 00:00:00.
