Version:           unknown (using KDE 3.4.0 Level "b" , SUSE 9.2 UNSUPPORTED)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.4 (pre 3.3.5 20040809)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-24.13-default

Starting with 3.4, certain applications restore to the wrong size after shading.  Width stays the same, but height is much smaller.  So far I've noticed this with Kate, KDevelop and Kopete, although there may be others.  Changing the windeco seems to have no effect.

More info: with Kate and KDevelop, I mean the main app window.  With Kopete, chat windows unshade to the wrong size, but weirdly the buddy list window behaves nomally.
