It would be nice to be able to highlight any text on any window with some tool (aka "yellow pen"). It could be just another button on the KDE default toolbar that you see on Konqueror, etc. to activate the "highlight pen" tool. The highlighting would stay on the text as long as necessary. It would be very useful when you have a lot of work to do and you are working on several websites, for example, and want to leave a window for a while without being afraid of forgetting about what you were doing on it.

Try using sticky notes/knotes :-)
