If I recall correctly every dialog within preferences should have such a button to revert back to default settings. I am kinda fuzzled atm because some Dialogs inside Contrl-Center have this and some not. Periperhals -> Joystick Are missing a 'Apply' and 'Reset' button. A report about the Defaults button being missing on some modules on KDE4 also exists. So I'm closing this as KControl is going deprecated. Thanks
