Description Hugo Costelha 2005-04-11 18:15:57 UTC
Version: 3.4.0 (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

When I press / and start searh-as-you-type, shortcuts don't work until search is finished. I can't use Ctrl+W to close the tab, I can't use Alt+Tab to change app, etc.. This is a very irritating behaviour, because it forces me to take the hands from the keyboard to use the mouse.

Please correct this behavior.

This has already been fixed in HEAD.

Seli: has it been backported? Can it be?

Not yet, it's in my branch queue.
