Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources
Compiler:          gcc3.2 
OS:                Linux

When pressing it the user would be directed to the submission webpage.

Ideally as much as possible of the crash-related information as KDE can supply should already be filled into the submission page (i.e. KDE/compiler version, application name/version, backtrace, etc.).
