Description Thomas Schlesinger 2005-03-14 20:16:57 UTC
Version: 3.4rc1 (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 3.3.4 20040623 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.4-r1, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)
OS: Linux

When transparency is enabled, the "garbage collection" of drawn objects doesn't work. Objects (menus, windows) aren't deleted from the desktop.

I use an NVidia FX5200 graphic card and 6.8.2-r1 on Gentoo Linux.

I didn't have this problem with KDE 3.4beta2 and I'm not sure if it's a problem in my configuration.

If you need more information or want me to test something, you can contact me by email, AIM (schlesix) or ICQ (167371362).

A screenshot

I've made this screenshot with my webcam. I hope, it's good enough

The problem doesn't appear with kde-3.4.0, so I close this bug.
