Description Joonas Koivunen 2005-03-14 19:57:13 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 3.3.4
OS: Linux

Doesn't seem totally 100% reproducable over here, but not far from 100% either.. Backtrace doesn't though look too useful :(

1. Have some programs open, for example, many firefox windows.
2. Add panel "Kasbar", with default settings, grouping enabled etc.
3. Close a Firefox window
4. Kasbar crash

Does seem to work with other programs as well. Sometimes many programs need to be closed before kicker dies.

I have my windows spread over to many desktops.

Backtrace:

This looks like a race condition due to the timer for checking for attention. I don't understand why it would happen, but i'll try to look into it.

Kasbar is no more developed and it will not be ported on KDE4. Kasbar bugs are being closed as "UNMANTAINED".

For specific kasbar feature which doesn't exists in the new KDE4 please open a new wish for KDE4. :-)

Many thanks.
