Hi

I have organized my mailing lists into various folder. By habit, I read all the message in a folder and then delete them at once.

More often than not, it leads to a crash, be it in kontact or kmail.

To reproduce the problem, put 50-100 mails in a folder and turn on threaded messages view for the folder. Select *last* message, press delete and keep it pressed!. 2 out of 3 times, it will crash.

I can certainly select all the messages and delete them at once without problem. But this particular method of deletion is especially crash prone, since days of KDE3.2.x IIRC.

Regards
 Shridhar

Please update to KDE 3.4 (KMail 1.8).
