Here is a (incomplete) list of CUPS print job options (introduced in more recent versions) which are not yet supported by the kprinter GUI, with examples for values to use:

[These options are currently not even supported by means of the "Additonal Tags" tab widget, since options added there get prefixed with a "KDEPrint-" string, while CUPS filters expect them without that prefix.]

This wishlist/bug item is meant as a reminder for post-3.4 work on KDEPrint. It may not be complete. It is just what I can think of now without chacking the CUPS documentation.
