I have multiple collections on my computer (all in ~/), one of which is exclusively comedy tracks. I don't want to hear comedy all the time, but its nice to have in amarok so I can search it. I would like to be able to turn off the files in the comedy folder when I just want music. You could make a) one ginormous playlist with you files. Of course this has the drawback of not being dynamic. You could also b) Use the file browser. The file browser has bookmarks. Bookmarks sound like exactly what you need without the fancy sorting of the collection browser. |
