Screenshot of xcomposite shadow freeze
the question is whether this is a bug in xcomposite or what kicker is doing. it seems that xcomposite is making some assumptions that don't really hold? Yep. I don't know the details of xcomposite, but it seems like it makes the shadow on the first animation, and that causes the animation to stop. I don't know whose fault it is. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97330#c1 suggests at least with our kompmgr it works, but probably not for the stock one. At any rate, this sounds like a CM bug. yes, i can confirm that Maksim... am closing this now as invalid since it's not really a kicker bug and not even a kde bug at all =) |
