Version:           3.3.1-7 konqueror (using KDE KDE 3.3.1)

while browsing a site that has embbeded flash plugins (one of them) crashes trying to use arts for audio, which is disabled ! ( i don't use it )

you disabled arts or the use of artsdsp in plugins?

I had exactly the same crash with today's CVS. I'm using Konqueror in Gnome. At least arts does not seem to be running according to ps.

To clarify, I can confirm the crash with today's HEAD cvs: Konqueror 3.3.90 (Using KDE 3.3.90 (alpha1, CVS >= 20041206))
