When the border is disabled it should be still possible to move the contact list via clicking  just on  empty space in the window.

This suggestion is related to another wish, wish I postedy: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93817

I believe both wishes together should make an nice, small and easy to use contact list, not taking so much space on the desktop.

Hold ALT and drag.

Works with any XWindows application in KWin.

Moving windows is the job of the window manager.
