If the mail composition window is narrower than KMail's word wrap setting (or word wrap is disabled), composer should auto-wrap the display text similar to the way KWrite's auto-wrap feature works (but maybe with nicer word breaks).

Please note that this is an auto-wrap for display ONLY.  This should have no effect whatsoever on the actual linebreaks in the mail message, which should still be controlled by KMail's text wrap setting.

The goal is: regardless of your line break settings, you should never have to scroll horizontally in the mail composition window!
